The system allows the user to capture the results of an applicant’s evaluation. The results are captured and the system automatically arrives at the final rating based on the weightage attached and thresholds defined. Once the evaluation process is defined along with all the evaluation stages in the required order and the first evaluation stage is complete and the next stage is scheduled. This cycle continues till the last stage has been completed. |

Finally, the applicants who clear the final test/interview are sent offer letters. Offer letters are automatically generated by the system. The system also records the acceptance or rejection of an offer. In case of rejection of an offer, the reasons for rejection are recorded for future analysis. |

The appraisee can fill-up the self-rating details defined for self-ratings. The appraiser can fill-up the rating details during the cycle defined for appraiser ratings. After the appraiser-rating is finalized, the appraiser can Publish and Freeze the same. |
