Pulak, a true professional and a deeply inspirational leader comes with 30 years experience in International Finance, Taxation and Costing. He worked at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) for 25 years where he rose to Executive Vice President, Finance. His financial management skills are adept. He has laid great focus on maintaining the integrity of finance operations and on waste reduction. His pleasant disposition and his natural quality to make people feel at ease have led to his proven record for building and establishing rapport across diverse groups of people.
Kiran Kumar. C. Raval, Legal Consultant
Kiran has a difficult-to-match educational background. He holds a double LL.B and is a double post graduate. He began his college education with a B.A. in Economics and Psychology, went on to complete his General LL.B. and his Special LL.B. He added a couple of feathers more to his cap with his Masters in Labour Welfare and Masters in Commercial Law. With such a strong knowledge base to begin with it’s not surprising who he is today. 34 years experience in legal, statute, including professional achievements like induction into UK and US civil courts. He has great expertise in handling the many facets of corporate law, labour and industrial law and criminal law for corporates. He spearheads our legal documentation section offering timely advice to existing and new business enterprises. He assists corporations with all the formalities that international patent registration involves. His legal opinion is often valued during mergers and acquisitions across the globe. He has spent immense time on project management of IPOs for corporations in India. A personality with such intellect would never go without teaching experience. Kiran has played faculty in a number of training programs, seminars, workshops and executive development programs organized by institutions of great repute like Chamber of Commerce, Labour Institute and several Universities.
Dinesh Goswami, Board of Director
Dinesh is a US citizen, a Banker by profession and has 10 years of business development experience in the field of Consumer Finance, Retail Industry, Credit and lending and Portfolio Management. Dinesh serves on the Board of NJ PCORE (Pediatric Council of Research and Education of New Jersey) and IFMP (Indian Foundation of Metropolitan Princeton). He is actively involved in Community Development, Local Charities and Non Profit Organizations. Dinesh has degrees in Aeronautical Engineering, Accounting and Finance and is also a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer. Dinesh has worked with companies like Citigroup, Texaco (HESS), AIG and Sovereign Bank and is currently associated with TD Bank as an Assistant Vice President. Dinesh is a member of Mercer Regional Chamber of Commerce and the Rotary Club. Dinesh has in-depth knowledge of Business Operations and Marketing Management and has owned and operated several retail and commercial business units.
